By downloading, installing, or using the MixMath mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

MixMath is a cocktail recipe scaling application that helps users convert single-serving cocktail recipes into precise measurements for any number of servings. The App includes:

• Recipe scaling calculator with intelligent unit conversion
• Built-in cocktail recipe library
• Custom recipe creation and storage
• Photo upload and storage for recipes
• Social media sharing capabilities

Age Requirements

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. MixMath contains alcohol-related content and is intended for users of legal drinking age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 17 years old.

User Accounts and Data

Anonymous Usage

• The App can be used anonymously without providing personal information
• Your data is associated with a random identifier, not your identity
• Custom recipes are stored securely but may be lost if you delete the App

Account Limitations

• Free users can store up to 5 custom recipes
• We reserve the right to modify storage limits with reasonable notice

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of recipes, photos, and other content you create ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us:

• License to Store: Store and sync your content across your devices
• License to Display: Display your content within the App
• Marketing License: Use your uploaded photos in our marketing materials (you can opt-out by contacting us)
• Technical License: Process and optimize your content for app functionality

Content Guidelines

You agree NOT to upload or create content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Promotes excessive alcohol consumption or irresponsible drinking
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is false, misleading, or spam

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Personal, non-commercial use of the App
• Creating and storing your own cocktail recipes

• Using the scaling calculator for events and parties

Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code

• Measurements and scaling calculations are provided for informational purposes
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect results in all situations

Termination

Your Rights

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your data through the App settings
• Uninstalling the App will remove local data

Our Rights

Effect of Termination

• Your license to use the App ends immediately

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
