End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Merrimack Valley Models, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the MixMath application on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for commercial purposes without permission
• Transfer or sublicense your rights to use the application

Apple App Store Terms

This EULA is between you and Merrimack Valley Models, LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the MixMath application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
